Do I have to pay to get signed on with Home + Made?
Yes, to kick things off with us, we require an initial retainer when signing a Build + Design contract. This covers the very first steps of creating your home like engineering (structural, mechanical, geotechnical, civil) and getting the necessary permits.
It's similar to a down payment that goes towards the exciting stuff that we need to do to build your new home!
What if I don't have land yet?
We can help! Don't worry if you haven't found the perfect spot for your new home just yet. You can still join us and grab this great deal. We'll work with you or your real estate agent to find the best piece of land for your dream home!
How long does the home-building process take with Home + Made?
Imagine designing your home in just 4-6 months and then watching it come to life within 9-12 months. We work hard to make this timeline possible, although sometimes special details can take a bit longer. We're committed to making your dream home a reality as quickly as we can!
Can I use my own architect and designer?
Absolutely! If you have an architect and/or designer you trust and like, we're excited to team up with them. It's important to get Home + Made on board as early as possible so that we can help create the home that fits your vision and budget perfectly. We're all about working together to make your dream home happen!
